"The reason for my email is my family and I had the most memorable experiences using one of your charters. I don't know how I can show my gratitude for your company's professionalism and courtesy.

I wanted to charter a boat for my father and my husband's birthday and I couldn't decide with whom to go. But I remembered the last time we were in the Keys we ate [next door] and I loved it, so I called your number. Instantly, the experience was so pleasant (Nancy was so nice and so helpful) she advised when it was best to go, what to fish for and every itsy bitsy detail I would never imagine I needed to know. It was wonderful. I called again and Shannon helped me, actually to make the deposit it was so easy and she was so nice.

When we arrived at the dock Saturday morning, I was kind of nervous and worried, because this was the first time we had used a charter. I was taking my parents and I was nervous they might not enjoy it or anything of that nature. But immediately Joe and Captain Jeff were so amazingly nice. They immediatley made us feel confortable. Captain Jeff was amazing, his knowledge of the ocean was just outstanding. I CANNOT PUT IT INTO WORDS!!! The First Mate, Joe, was also amazing! He was wonderful. My family just loved him. He made us feel comfortable. Everything was so clean and neat. It was such an amazing PLEASURE to go out with them.

We enjoyed it so much we are going to use your Charter again in June. Again, thank you SO MUCH!!!

"First of all, thank you so very much for setting me up with the split charter. My friend Ken who was in town, and I had a great time, the weather was perfect, the seas were calm and as you can see from the attached pictures, we had a great time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I also wanted to let you know just how great your staff at Robbie's was. Sara and Shannon helped me get hooked up with another person for a charter. Sara even went an extra mile, contacting me at work, on my cell phone AND by e-mail to get in touch with me.

In terms of the actual charter, there is not enough I can write about Captain Scott and Mate Jason. They were professional from the beginning, open to suggestion, they were helpful in showing the varying levels of experience on the boat what needed to be done, the music and conversation was great, and no one, not even the late James Brown, is harder working than Jason. He was flying around the boat like a banshee, listened to Scott, helped us out and made the trip much more enjoyable than other charters I have taken here.

The experience made me know where I am going for my next charter, next month when my family is in town. Working waterfronts like that need to be saved and helped out. Experiences such as the one that my friend had are the reason that people keep on coming back to the Keys.
